  13. I haven't spent much time in MS WINDOWS but need to start writing some
  14. apps for Windows For Workgroups 3.1 and Windows 95 and probably Windows
  15. NT.  I am used to Linux and GCC so am not familiar with the various
  16. C/C++ compilers for windows.  It looks like Turbo C++ will only handle
  17. 16bit apps.  Since I can get an academic discount, the pricing isn't
  18. really that critical.  I'm just looking for ease of use.  The Turbo C++
  19. looks good on the outside but the propaganda didn't really explain its
  20. limitations.
